Terms and conditions

Orders

Prices are shown in Uganda Shillings (UGX). Placing an order reserves the products for a limited time while payment is completed. An order is confirmed when we have verified your payment, or, for cash and bank transfer orders, when we have confirmed it with you by phone.

Payment

We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and cash. Card payments, and mobile money sent as a prompt to your phone, are processed through our bank's merchant service; if such a payment fails, no money is taken and you may try again. When you send mobile money to our number yourself, use your order number as the reference: your order is confirmed once we have received the money.

Delivery and collection

You may collect your order from our premises or request delivery. Delivery charges, where they apply, are agreed with you before dispatch.

Returns and refunds

If a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us promptly and keep the product and packaging. Approved refunds are made by the original payment route where possible, or in cash.

Product information

Our sesame oil is a food product and contains sesame (simsim), a known allergen. Information on this website is general and is not medical advice.
